Geoffrey H. Wilcox,
MD, FACS |
Dr. Wilcox received his medical training at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. He is certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery and is a member of the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Wilcox is the Medical Director of Bariatric Surgery at Sewickley Valley Hospital, and the Co-Director at St. Clair Hospital. |

Michael D. Felix, MD, FACS |
Dr. Felix received his medical training at Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh. He served as a United States Naval Officer, is certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery and is a member of the American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Felix is the Medical Director of Bariatric Surgery at St. Clair Hospital and the Co-Director at Sewickley Valley Hospital.

| Jamie L. Dunn, PA-C |
 Mrs. Dunn received her Bachelors Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Gannon University and her Masters Degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. She is an integral part of the surgical team and a valuable asset to Hope Bariatrics. |
The Mental Health Component
The Staunton Clinic, located in our Edgeworth Square building, has experienced clinical psychologists who offer psychological evaluations for bariatric patients. The Staunton Clinic, part of Heritage Valley Health System, also offers outpatient services that meet regulatory/accreditation standards and may include:
- Clinical evaluations
- Psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Individual, marital and group therapy
- Family therapy
- Child and adolescent counseling
- Intensive case management/administrative case management for the seriously mentally ill
- Student assistance programs at area schools

The Exercise Component
Signature Rehab, a division of the Heritage Valley System has a convenient location in our Edgeworth Square building. A range of equipment and exercise professionals are available to our bariatric patients for Fitness Evaluations and/or monthly memberships.
